WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE RETREAT

Rest & Heal: Unwind in a peaceful space in nature designed to support your healing.

Reflect & Reconnect: Windcall alumni will lead a reflection discussion to process the movement moment after the election.

Recharge & Renew: Participate in contemplative and creative sessions to strengthen mind, body, and spirit renewal.

Transportation to and from the airport, facilitated and self-guided activities, room and board are included from dinner on Friday, through lunch on Monday.
