Experience the Windcall magic again!
“Beacons of Resilience” Daylong Retreat
at Westerbeke Ranch in Glen Ellen
on Monday, November 28th, 2022
from 10am until 5pm
including lunch
optional overnights with dinners on Sunday + Monday – limited availability
What? A post-midterm election daylong intensive intended to build a community of practice with fellow Bay Area based Windcall alumni while exploring ways to be beacons of resilience within our organizations, communities and movements. It will be facilitated by Windcall’s Staying Power training team – Jayeesha and Viviana, along with Raynelle Rino and Patrick Brown. Bay Area Windcall alumnae, Jessamyn Sabbag, is on the planning and facilitation team as well and will support us with the next steps coming out of this gathering.
Why? The retreat will provide you with an opportunity to cultivate spaciousness for yourself, learn some practices and tools to support you, your organization and the movement, while building a community of support with your fellow Bay Area alumni. As mentioned, we hope this will spur ongoing gatherings and support for Windcall’s Bay Area alumni community.
Where? Westerbeke Ranch is nestled amid stately oaks, surrounded by rolling grass hills and vineyards in Sonoma’s Valley of the Moon. While there, you can walk the garden paths, warm your hands in front of the crackling “walk-in” stone fireplace, lounge on the lawn around the sapphire pool, or enjoy one of their legendary meals.
How Much? There is no cost to attend for any alumni working with a Bay Rising affiliated group, and a small registration fee for all other alumni (please see registration form for details).
Registration is limited, and will be first come, first serve, so please sign up now if you’d like to attend.
Space is limited – please reserve your spot now.
COVID testing will be provided + required for everyone’s safety
